Date: The last Monday of every month (6-9pm)
Description: This workshop has a great deal of information on refugees' struggles, how to deal with language barriers, and working with refugees. You don't need to be interested in volunteering to attend and attendence does not commit you to service. Please send an e-mail to the volunteer coordinator to RSVP.
Weekly harvests with Eric:
Date: Every Wednesday from 8 am- 1 pm
Description: Spend time with local Tucson volunteers and refugees as you travel throughout Tucson harvesting. This is a great opportunity to learn about Tucson's natural resources and other cultures. Prickly Pear Syrup Making:
Date: September 11

Description: Tucson Meet Yourself is a 3 day folklife event featuring more than 150 performers and folk artists from 60 ethnic groups. The Great Halloween Harvest:
Date: Sunday October 31st

Refugee Thanksgiving Dinner
Date: November 20
Description: This is a great chance to share American foods and traditions with refugees. If you are in contact with refugees who you would like to bring or if you would like to provide rides for this event, please contact our volunteer coordinator.
Date: December 10-12
Description: It’s 4th Street Fair time of year again! Iskashitaa will be selling refugee crafts and local food products on the patio of The B Line Restaurant- 621 N 4th Ave. This wonderful event takes lots of volunteers in order to be a success. Stop by and help us out for few hours on any of the three days, then go enjoy the rest of the fair.
